Position: Data Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectures and data solutions to enhance the organization's data assets.
• Collaborate with the Survey Data and Marketing Data Science team to translate needs into analytical solutions, improving marketing efficacy through automated reporting.
• Design and develop data models, pipelines, dashboards, and other analytic solutions for marketing programs.
• Solve data integration problems using optimal ETL patterns, frameworks, and query techniques from structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketers to represent key data insights meaningfully.
• Implement security models based on privacy requirements, ensuring safeguards are followed and addressing data quality issues.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience working with data, including roles such as data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, data visualization, and at least one programming language (Python preferred).

Preferred

• Experience in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Technology.
