Position: AI Content Specialist

Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze images and write clear, detailed descriptions to improve AI model understanding.
• Identify key elements, context, and cultural references in visual content.
• Evaluate content quality against established guidelines to enhance AI model outputs.
• Apply consistent judgment across a variety of image types to elevate training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven writing experience.
• Ability to write with clarity and voice.
• Understanding of internet culture and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and ability to notice subtle context.
• Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Preferred

• Experience in social media management or content creation.
• Background in journalism, literature, communications, or media studies.
• Experience with annotation, transcription, or QA work.
