• Develop and maintain complex, production-grade **Python** systems for real-world environments. - Design modular, testable codebases using modern **Python** tooling and best practices like **FastAPI**, **Pydantic**, and unit/integration testing frameworks. - Optimize performance through profiling and memory optimization in **Python**. - Work **independently and asynchronously** to meet deadlines while improving **AI model performance**. - Collaborate with **AI research teams** to enhance training data quality and model outputs. ## Qualifications ### Must-Have
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex **Python** systems. - Deep understanding of **Python** language fundamentals, including decorators, generators, async/await, and context managers. - Experience designing modular, testable codebases with modern **Python** tooling. ## Interview Process - **90 mins** human interview centered on **Python**. - Feedback within two weeks. ## Compensation & Legal - **Hourly contractor** - **$100/hour** based on experience ## Application Process (Takes 20–30 mins to complete)
