We’re looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts teams with a strong operational mindset and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of Service and Parts operations, ensuring department goals align with business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Foster collaboration between departments to streamline operations and enhance profitability
- Develop and support department managers, driving a culture of accountability and growth
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in automotive fixed operations
- A proactive, strategic mindset with strong decision-making and planning skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and coaching skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Compensation
This is a full-time salary and bonus position, with an average earning potential between $160,000 to $190,000 annually.
