Meraqi is looking for a versatile individual to be a part of the Advisory Valuation team The position primarily involves handling valuation and technical due diligence assignments The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into Director - Advisory Valuation THE RESPONSIBILITIES oValuation OR Consulting exposure oBangalore market knowledge oValuation Technical Due diligence with Bangalore Market exposure oPerforming valuation analysis and proficiency in Valuation approaches oAware of existing Rules Regulation and any new developments in local market oIndependently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through direct client interaction and on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed oInspection of various assets including Residential Commercial and Industrial properties assets etc oAnalysis reconciliation and summarization of data oPreparation of analysis in the Final Report oRespond to referrals internal and external in a timely qualified manner oParticipate in special projects designated by your immediate supervisor oAdditional Experience optional - Knowledge of other south markets like Hyderabad Kerala Chennai etc oFinancial modelling skills oWork closely with the other business service lines THE PERSON oExperience 0-4 yrs oQualification M Planning Urban Regional Planning GDM MBA or an equivalent degree Preferably from NICMAR or RICS B E B Tech- Civil NICMAR Real Estate OR Construction Management Architect NICMAR Architect Planner Sectors Real Estate Consulting firms Infrastructure Consulting Firms Management Consulting Firms with experience in real estate valuation Corporate Real Estate teams in MNCs Banks oProficiency of Language English must be extremely proficient Kannada must be extremely proficient and Tamil or Telugu Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel - experience preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
