Drive impactful training initiatives as a proactive Training Coordinator. Support administrative tasks related to employee development and ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating training implementation and oversee logistical arrangements for both internal and external sessions. Your responsibilities also include reporting attendance and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective record-keeping. You'll collaborate closely with agency leaders to develop annual training plans, ensuring all materials and certifications are updated.

Requirements
- High school diploma with 5 years in airport operations
- Strong understanding of aviation training requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift 32 kg as needed
