Job Summary We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented Marketing Executive & Social Media Manager to manage MeltX’s digital branding, social media presence, campaign execution, visual communication, and content ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities across social media management, content creation, campaign planning, graphic design, video editing, branding support, and digital communication. This role is ideal for someone who wants strong ownership, creative freedom, and direct exposure to a growing technology startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management - Manage and grow company social media platforms

• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms
• Handle LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity
• Increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility
• Monitor trends and execute relevant content strategies Content Creation & Branding - Create social media creatives, banners, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
• Edit reels, promotional videos, short-form content, and product videos
• Assist in branding and visual communication initiatives
• Coordinate website and product-related content
• Support employer branding and recruitment creatives Marketing & Campaign Execution - Assist in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Support outreach and campaign execution activities
• Help coordinate product launches, announcements, and marketing initiatives
• Prepare campaign reports and analytics summaries
• Support business visibility and growth initiatives Coordination & Communication - Coordinate with management, sales, design, and technical teams
• Assist in proposal, presentation, and pitch preparation
• Participate in brainstorming and growth discussions
• Support internal branding and communication activities Required Skills - Social media management skills
• Basic graphic design capability
• Video editing skills
• Canva proficiency
• Basic Photoshop / Illustrator understanding
• Good communication and writing skills
• Content creation capability
• Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
