Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve area sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and implement sales strategies for the assigned areas.
- Lead and manage Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Set targets and monitor team performance regularly..
- Conduct field visits, joint calls, and team reviews.
- Identify training needs and support team development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and expand doctor, hospital, and distributor network.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts (KOLs).
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor daily sales reports, MIS, and forecasting.
- Ensure product availability and coordination with supply chain.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and pharma regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Experience
- Pharmaceutical sales: 3 years (Required)
