Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve area sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies for the assigned areas.
  • Lead and manage Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Set targets and monitor team performance regularly..
  • Conduct field visits, joint calls, and team reviews.
  • Identify training needs and support team development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and expand doctor, hospital, and distributor network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts (KOLs).
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, MIS, and forecasting.
  • Ensure product availability and coordination with supply chain.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and pharma regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Experience

  • Pharmaceutical sales: 3 years (Required)
