Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Regional Manager for Hospital Business (PRIMEKARE). The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and driving sales across Corporate Hospitals and large Private Hospitals

• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of the new District Managers
• Handle Corporate and large Private Hospital business
• Ensure Medley Pharma products are made available in Corporate and large Private Hospitals through effective negotiations with concerned hospital departments.
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure smooth order execution as per rate contracts and maintain strong business hygiene.
• Coordinate for product promotion post product availability in hospitals.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Drive product entry into Corporate Hospitals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Effectively manage attrition and build a motivated, high-performing team.
• Drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Exposure to Corporate Hospital business is mandatory.
• Graduate with a Science / Pharmacy background.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 25 years at the level of RSM handling Corporate Hospital business in reputed pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong experience in managing Hospital Key Account
• Manage teams, driving sales generation
