The Role
We’re looking for an HR Manager to support our India organization - someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building and improving processes, partnering closely with business leaders, and scaling people practices.
You’ll be the go-to HR partner for India - supporting leaders, strengthening team effectiveness, and building the people practices that help the business grow.

You’ll work closely with global teams while ensuring our India organization is set up for success, balancing local needs with global consistency.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Own HR for India: Act as the primary point of contact for all People-related matters in India, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle.
Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with managers and act as a trusted partner on team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges.
People Strategy: Translate business priorities into practical, actionable people plans that support growth and execution.
HR Operations: Execute across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding) with a focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
People Leadership: Lead a small HR team while remaining deeply hands-on — setting direction, challenging ways of working, driving accountability, and stepping in directly to ensure strong execution.
Process & Scale: Design and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that support business objectives.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Culture & Engagement: Support and scale initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and alignment with company values.

What You Bring
- Progressive HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices
- Experience working in a global organization
- Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design
- Experience balancing HR operations with business partnership responsibilities
