You inspire creativity and lead with clear direction.

In this role, you will be responsible to lead our media strategy and execution along with our respective agency teams within Communications and collaborate closely with central media resources within Syneos Health. You will have the opportunity to maintain and ensure collaboration in all partnerships across our media group. You will:

• Approach media plans from a holistic media perspective, putting the strategy first
• Assist in delivery of media strategy consultancy to internal agency staff and client teams
• Collaborate with data science on optimal way to promote and sell offering
• Continuously improve our offering and look to scale appropriately

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressively senior experience in planning and buying multichannel media,
• Strategic proficiency should include programmatic, ad operations, NPP or biddable media on the sales, agency or ad tech side
• Pharmaceutical experience

Desired Requirements:

• Excellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagements
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 CAD.The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
