Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer specializing in Material Handling Equipment, located in Bengaluru.

The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service visits, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance on equipment, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

This role involves hands-on work with material handling equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.

Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Excellent Customer Service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and on-site in Bengaluru Experience with material handling equipment is a plus Relevant technical certifications ITI/Diploma/ or a degree in engineering field
