• Assist clients with administrative and technical queries
• Analyze, document, and forward client requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate data records in administrative systems
• Implement eligibility standards during request reviews
• Recommend enhancements for process optimization Requirements:
• Must hold a college diploma (DEC)
• Two years of related experience required
• Customer service experience in group insurance is a plus
• Bilingual in both French and English
