We form small, high-trust teams around real ideas, take them to market, get them working commercially, and then move on to the next venture. We are not an agency, consultancy, or services business. The first year is focused on platform building.

The Role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founder in a small, focused team. This is a hands-on builder role, not a management role. You will take ideas from a blank page and turn them into working, live businesses. This role suits people who are comfortable working at pace, making decisions with incomplete information, and iterating quickly.

Location & Working Setup

Bangalore (Indiranagar). On-site only. No remote or hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and building systems end-to-end

First year focused on building platforms

Designing and implementing AI agents

Writing production code regularly

Making technical decisions with incomplete information

Shipping, breaking, fixing, and iterating quickly

Supporting clean handover once a business is stable

Technical Skills & Capabilities (Evidence Required)

Candidates must be able to point to real systems they have built and shipped.

Core Engineering

Python in production systems

Designing and building APIs (versioning, failure handling)

Data modelling and schema design (Postgre SQL preferred)

Writing clean, maintainable code

Experience with high-integrity data

Automation, Data & Systems

Automation pipelines and internal tools

Data extraction and ingestion systems

Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar

Applied AI

Practical use of LLM APIs (Open AI, Claude, etc.)

Embeddings, tagging, classification pipelines

Understanding of failure modes and cost trade-offs

Frontend

React / Next. Js

Ability to ship internal dashboards and tools

Infrastructure & Production

Docker

AWS or GCP

Logging, monitoring, error handling

Sensible security practices

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 (GBP anchored)

Equity: Meaningful equity per venture (vests after launch + profitability)

Bonus: Discretionary, post-launch and profitability
