Part-Time Quality Manager (ISO 9001 – Manufacturing)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Quality Manager specializing in ISO 9001 standards within a manufacturing environment. • Maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to verify adherence to internal procedures, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee quality control processes throughout manufacturing operations, including quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, review process performance data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformances, and compliance status for management review.
• Support project management activities related to quality initiatives, new product launches, or process upgrades ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Experience
• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably with ISO 9001 certification implementation or maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections while maintaining meticulous records.
• Excellent analysis skills with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or issues impacting product quality.
• Experience in managing quality systems, QA/QC procedures, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
