Join the MLTC Child & Family Services as a full-time Child & Family Therapist, providing vital support to children and youth with mental health needs. Engage in assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention at our Meadow Lake location.

The MLTC is seeking compassionate individuals for permanent Child & Family Therapist roles. You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of children facing various mental health diagnoses. Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams is essential for coordinating conflict resolution and providing community consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnose mental health issues
• Deliver therapeutic treatment and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers
• Maintain comprehensive clinical and client records
• Participate in community training on emotional disturbances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with 3-5 years of experience
• Registration with a professional designation
• Exceptional communication and assessment skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
