McGraw Hill is seeking a Customer Success (Sales Support) to join our team on a 6 Month contract based in Bengaluru. If you have a knack for connecting with people, delivering high-quality training, and enhancing the customer experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
How can you make an impact?
As a member of Customer Success, you will be focusing on Sales Support, you will assist our team in driving the successful adoption of McGraw Hill’s medical education content through supporting our sales operations. You will be based out of Bengaluru working closely with Sales and regional Customer Success teams to ensure our institution customers have the resources and tools they need to succeed. You will gain experience in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales processes.
A typical day might include:
- Deliver on-site product training sessions to existing customers, ensuring effective adoption and maximum utilization of educational solutions.
- Travel regularly to customer locations to conduct training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel to different cities/regions based on business requirements and customer needs.
- Partner with the Sales team to support the creation of product demonstrations, customer presentations, and onboarding materials for academic institutions.
- Maintain and update customer training records within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of training activities, engagement, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to understand customer requirements and support in proposing relevant solutions.
- Participate in seamless customer experience and long-term engagement.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Ability to travel within short notice within South India or any other region as per the business demands.
- Strong communication English and knowing Kannada (not mandatory but an added advantage), organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A customer-first mindset with an interest in sales operations and customer success.
- It's helpful to have, but not required:
- Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Knowledge or experience in medical education or edtech industries.
