ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a professional, independent, highly motivated, driven, results focused individual to join our team as a Territory Manager servicing our Sault Ste Marie and surrounding area focusing on the Algoma Region. Supporting our Residential Market and reporting to our Regional Manager, the Territory Manager - Residential Sales, will maintain customer relationships as well as grow our residential fuel and propane business. The Territory Manager will be responsible for:
- Actively prospecting customers and successful sales of our products and services including heating oil, propane, and related equipment to residential customers.
- Working with management to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Identifying and continually managing territorial plans to ensure growth in Customer base.
- Meeting all targets established by the Company.
- Establishing and maintaining key relationships with industry partners and associations for business development and referrals to expand customer base such as, real estate companies, insurance companies, home inspectors and contractors.
- Reporting on all activity in your territory as set out by the Company.
ABOUT YOU:
- A successful track record of growing sales and managing a territory
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field; Experience in the propane and/or petroleum industry, residential, farming or trucking sales would be considered an asset
- Local knowledge of region an asset
- Strong sense of motivation to succeed in a competitive market
- Customer service orientation with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation

- Base Salary: $50,000 + Existing Commission + New Commission
- Total Compensation Greater Than $100,000 Uncapped
