Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Process Improvement Manager where you will lead transformative initiatives to optimize our policies, procedures, and overall efficiency. You will play a critical role in managing project change requests and the development of Business Process Summary (BPS) documents while providing strong leadership to your team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of policies, procedures, and work instructions that align with program guidelines.
- Oversee the planning, analysis, and implementation of project change requests.
- Drive the creation of Business Process Summary (BPS) documents.
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
- Implement the enterprise process improvement strategy that supports corporate objectives and federal contract priorities.
- Help establish governance and prioritization processes for improvement initiatives across programs.
- Act as the primary contact for process improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to uncover impactful improvement opportunities related to cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report on progress, outcomes, and potential risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across various functions and programs.
Technology & Automation Enablement:
- Work with IT and Digital teams to align process enhancement with modernization and automation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system enhancements to drive improvement.
- Ensure business processes are well defined to support effective technology application.
Federal Contract & Compliance Support:
- Ensure that process improvements meet federal regulations and quality management standards.
- Align initiatives with performance targets and assist in risk management.
- Work with Quality and Risk teams to incorporate sustainable controls into improved processes.
Continuous Process Improvement Execution:
- Guide cross-functional improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or related methodologies.
- Establish metrics to monitor and confirm that improvements yield long-term results.
- Standardize tools and best practices for process improvement across the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in process improvement or business transformation.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to customer requirements.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or similar methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire change across complex organizations.

Maximum Salary: $135,000.00
