Job Description
As a Management post-graduate from Tier 1 B Schools with 3-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for helping better execute the Sales Management Process in the mapped circle. Your key responsibilities will include driving various key strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the quality of the sales team's communication with partners and customers. You will also be instrumental in leveraging digital tools, capability sessions, and process improvements to ensure that your team is the first choice for partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the defined sales choreography across hierarchy
- Conduct joint reviews with field sales leadership on adherence to mSMART benchmarks
- Build and implement rhythms of governance with central office stakeholders
- Undertake awareness sessions across RA and CM Teams in the circle
- Execute central strategic initiatives jointly with field leadership
- Drive channel objectives across key priority areas
- Implement change management across new processes and management objectives
Employee Success:
- Execute learning interventions across RAs and CMs
- Collaborate with the Training Team for RA M1-M6 learning journey
- Facilitate CATALYST programs for supervisors
- Drive incentive planning activity through SAMPAN CALCULATOR
Relationship Management:
- Act as the nodal point of contact for channel partners
- Build governance rhythms with central office stakeholders
- Create ongoing dashboards to highlight business performance and areas of improvement
- Prepare periodic presentations on business progress with insights
- Utilize analytics for business intelligence
- Implement sustained initiatives and tactical interventions for business augmentation
- Resolve Business Partner queries promptly
Channel Enablement & Strategic Initiatives:
- Prepare review and field presentations
- Manage KRA for Business Partners
- Drive and implement new initiatives in collaboration with the Circle Head
Measures of Success:
- Ensure a minimum of 90% adherence of circle teams to SMP benchmarks
- Achieve targeted sales growth and OA Share from the managed circle
- Meet RA Meeting Plan objectives
- Improve RA attrition target
- Meet key priority objectives from the assigned circle
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and TAT adherence
- Adhere to project and initiative timelines
- Implement process improvements
- Ensure quality reports under the Performance framework
