Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up order picker machines to retrieve products from storage racks
• Accurately validate that the products and quantities match the requested amounts on the Tablet or Picklist
• Ensure product accuracy and damage-free handling
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times when operating equipment
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet warehouse goals and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous picker experience
• Forklift/Reach truck/Order Picker license
• Ability to read and write in English
• Excellent communication skills, including digital
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands at arm’s length
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
