What You’ll Do
- Engage customers through in-person customer engagement and conversations
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process from introduction to close
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience
- Track sales activity and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
