We are hiring an

Accountant / Senior Accountant

to support US clients with core accounting operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for professionals seeking hands-on experience, strong learning, and global exposure.

What You Will Own

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes
• Handle month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of books
• Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting with strong US GAAP expertise
• Prior experience in team management or mentoring
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and internal controls
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (US clients exposure preferred)
• CA / CPA (or equivalent) is strongly preferred
