The Team:
Join the Canada Sales organization on the Amazon Sales Team—where data meets growth. This team drives topline performance through sharp forecasting, strong in-stock execution, and disciplined inventory management. You’ll partner across Sales, Supply Chain, and Amazon to turn demand signals into results.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Own item-level forecasts and monthly shipment plans aligned to consumer demand and business constraints
- Build and refine forecasting models using POS trends, seasonality, promotions, and product history
- Drive forecast accuracy: measure performance, identify root causes, and implement improvements
- Lead forecasting discussions in Amazon Joint Business Planning meetings; present insights and action plans
- Partner with Sales and Amazon teams on in-season execution, promotions, and order decisions (chase/cancel)
- Manage replenishment and PO flow; recommend domestic and import orders
- Monitor and improve key metrics (in-stock, weeks of cover, fill rate)
- Act as liaison across customer service, supply planning, and allocation teams
- Deliver clear, actionable analytics to support business decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing large SKU portfolios (500–1000+) and translating data into actionable insights
- Experience with statistical forecasting and retail/customer replenishment processes
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Cognos, or similar tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
- The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience. Mattel offers competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and resources to help empower a culture where every employee can reach their full potential.
