As a Lead Tutor / Instructor, you would:
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction
- Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents
- Teach using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative and community outreach tasks as needed

We are currently hiring for our Kalorama, Capitol Hill, and Cathedral Heights locations in DC.
Lead Tutor compensation ranges from $18 to $22 hourly and Tutors range from $16 to $18.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
