Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience at W Store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail knowledge, and the ability to manage store staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and shrinkage prevention.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
