About the Role
We are looking to hire dynamic and experienced Outreach Managers across India to drive awareness and engagement for Masters' Union’s various programs. This role involves relationship building, communication, and strategic outreach to expand our visibility in schools, colleges, education fairs, and relevant communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead School & Institutional Outreach:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote Masters’ Union’s programs.
Representation at Events:
- Represent Masters’ Union at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
Targeted Campaign Execution:
- Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
Reporting & Impact Tracking:
- Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable with extensive travel as required
