About the Role
As a Curriculum Designer at Masters’ Union, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and co-developing cutting-edge learning modules across business, technology, and interdisciplinary domains. You’ll collaborate closely with industry leaders, faculty, and students to ensure our curriculum stays relevant, practical, and immersive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative course modules in collaboration with industry experts and faculty
- Structure lessons, assignments, case studies, and real-world projects aligned with learning outcomes
- Conduct research to ensure content is up-to-date, globally benchmarked, and industry-relevant
- Drive student engagement through interactive and application-driven learning methods
- Regularly evaluate learning effectiveness and iterate curriculum based on feedback

Requirements
- Technology & Product Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- Interest in tech innovation, coding, AI, or product development
- Prior experience in edtech, product design, or teaching technical subjects is a plus
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institute
- Generalist with exposure to business strategy, marketing, operations, or finance
- Prior work experience in consulting, management, or entrepreneurship preferred
- Degree in BMS, Liberal Arts, or Humanities
- Prior experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, or academic content creation
- Passion for storytelling, interdisciplinary thinking, and educational innovation
