We’re Hiring: Hotel Revenue Management Executive
Masterkey Hospitality Management is looking for a
Revenue Management Executive
to join our growing team.
We manage revenue, sales, and review support for hotels across the US, mainly economy and midscale brands like Choice, Wyndham, Best Western, and independent hotels.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor hotel occupancy, pickup, rates, and market demand
- Review competitor pricing and suggest rate changes
- Update rates, restrictions, promotions, and inventory on hotel systems/OTAs
- Track daily revenue opportunities and communicate with internal team
- Support hotel owners and managers with revenue-related updates
- Prepare simple reports and performance summaries
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve hotel performance
Requirements
- Experience in hotel revenue management preferred
- Knowledge of OTAs, brand portals, and hotel booking systems is a plus
- Good understanding of rates, occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and market trends
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow daily processes
- Comfortable working remotely with a US hotel portfolio
