Junior Full-Stack Developer

As a Junior Full-Stack Developer at Master-Works, you will have the opportunity to work on React-based web applications and Java (Spring Boot) backend services for an enterprise data analytics and data virtualization platform. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative applications that cater to our clients' needs, gaining hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web UI components using React.js
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces based on UI designs
• Identify and fix UI bugs to enhance performance
• Collaborate on UI enhancements and feature development
• Create REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement business logic, validations, and basic security measures
• Assist in integrating backend services with external systems such as authentication and data engines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of React.js frontend framework
• Some exposure to Java backend technologies
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Exposure to Docker or containerized applications
• Familiarity with Linux commands
