Role Description
Human Resource Functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Handle employee queries and support HR policies implementation
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Support internal coordination across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum
3+ years of experience
in HR and administrative roles
- Strong understanding of HR functions, employee lifecycle, and coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and handle dynamic work environments
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel as per business needs
