Maryland Vascular Specialists is looking for a personable, hardworking Medical Office Manager. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional patient service, and compliance with MVS standards.
• Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage provider schedules, staffing coverage, and office resources to ensure optimal patient flow and productivity.
• Monitor front office functions, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and day to day functions.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment
• Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement office goals, policies, and performance initiatives
• Analyze office performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply ordering to support daily operations
• Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development efforts
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership

• Leadership & Management Skills
• Previous healthcare experience
• EMR experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
• Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required
