Duties

• Perform non-invasive body sculpting and skin tightening treatments using state-of-the-art laser and radio-frequency devices
• Provide professional consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic services
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe treatment environment
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to promote ongoing skin health
• Support retail sales efforts by recommending products tailored to individual skincare needs

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare environments
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and product benefits clearly
• Enthusiasm for learning new techniques such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to expand service offerings
