Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner / Marketing Technology with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve working hands-on in leading Adobe tech areas such as AI and Customer Data Platforms. You will be responsible for conducting analyses, developing high-impact recommendations, and overseeing programs aligned with client priorities and leadership. Additionally, you will have opportunities to lead business initiatives and contribute to Martech platform innovations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop customer insights and analysis by identifying and providing data insights.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders in an Agile first Marketing transformation.
- Execute reporting and analysis of historical data, ensuring accuracy and distribution.
- Drive exploratory data analysis combining qualitative assessment/research with quantitative findings to guide decisions.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define use cases, delivery roadmaps, set critical metrics, and build dashboards/reports.
- Present concise reports to business, technology, and partners.
- Design and automate reporting to enhance understanding of product usage and user journey in Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Develop ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize multiple data sources to provide insights on the customer journey and identify patterns for business improvement.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 6 to 8 years of experience in technology, product/marketing analytics, and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience in leading a large transformation program in Customer Data Platforms or advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Customer data, Customer Data platforms, and B2C journeys.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication across various organizational levels and transforming data into clear presentations for leadership.
