Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to manage and assist our customers during their vehicle servicing experience. The candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service process, advising on service requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and service schedules.
• Prepare service estimates and explain service charges clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of vehicle service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally.
• Follow-up with customers regarding pending services or additional requirements.

Requirements

• Technical Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Automotive/Mechanical/Relevant Field.
• Experience: Only candidates with previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role in automotive service workshops.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures, Maruti Suzuki vehicle experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for service records.
