Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer based in Gurugram, India. The role involves providing technical support, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable technical solutions, and assisting in the implementation of the same. The Sales Application Engineer will collaborate with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include preparing technical presentations, building client relationships, and driving sales growth by demonstrating the value of the company’s products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, with an ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Strong background in Technical Support and a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and their practical applications
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and their relevance in industrial tools and systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; or comparable work experience
• Previous work experience in sales engineering or a similar role is preferred
