Key Responsibilities:

• Source exceptional talent on Linked In Recruiter
• Screen candidates to ensure quality placements
• Create compelling Candidate Profiles for clients
• Build relationships with SaaS and tech founders
• Exceed recruitment billing targets consistently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in 3rd-party recruitment
• Proven track record of exceeding billing goals
• Excellent communication skills in various formats
• Experience with Software/Technology field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage
