Job Description

Enhance S&OP processes as a Program Lead. Own the S&OP cycle and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in service, cost, and operational outcomes.

This role is critical for continuous improvement in S&OP processes. You will coordinate inputs, manage meetings, and document decisions while ensuring alignment across teams, including Demand Planning and Supply Chain. Your leadership will focus on long-term forecast management and effective communication to address operational challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full S&OP cycle and actions tracking
  • Standardize templates to improve workflows
  • Consolidate demand and supply inputs for reviews
  • Define and communicate performance metrics
  • Foster relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or similar
  • 4+ years in S&OP or related roles
  • Expertise in planning/forecasting systems
  • Ability to synthesize data for decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Drive impactful process improvements and maintain strategic alignment across all organizational levels.
