Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Writer with AI expertise to support the Department of Energy on long-term federal contracts. This full-time role involves developing, maintaining, and standardizing relocation and technical documentation, including move plans, SOPs, checklists, and user guides.
Responsibilities include translating complex technical, safety, IT, and facilities requirements into clear documents, leveraging AI tools for content acceleration, supporting knowledge management, collaborating with various teams, producing executive reports, and ensuring compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related fields, with a preference for a Master’s degree in AI, data science, or information management. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
