• Conduct Roof Inspections: Assess roofing conditions and provide accurate estimates and proposals.
• Close Sales: Meet performance targets by successfully closing roofing sales and driving business growth.
• Learn Roofing Systems: Gain knowledge of various roofing materials and systems to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with homeowners and clearly explain roofing services.
• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: Motivated, goal-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• No Prior Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
