Job Description: Food Service Provider

The Dining Room Server is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service directly. This role ensures guests receive timely, accurate, and courteous service in line with company standards while maintaining cleanliness and communication with relevant departments.Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and security rules and guidelines as outlined by the company
• Notify management promptly about any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions that may impact the workplace
• Complete safety training programs as well as obtain necessary certifications.
• Ensure that each person's appearance is neat and demonstrates a high level of professionalism
• Preserve the secrecy of proprietary data and safeguard the valuable assets of the company from harm.
• Provide a professional reception and greet all guests following the company's prescribed standards
• Anticipate what guests may need in terms of service and provide assistance to those with disabilities
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Cultivate and sustain a constructive rapport with those you work with
• Support the team in working together to reach shared goals, actively engage with and address the concerns raised by other staff members. Uphold adherence to quality standards and expectations

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a G.E.D. or high school diploma.
• A minimum of one year of related work experience is a fundamental requirement.
• Experience in leadership or supervision is not obligatory
• No need for licenses or certifications
