IT System Admin Executive

1. Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist employees in resolving IT-related queries in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.

2. System & Network Maintenance

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and monitoring of network devices.
• Support daily system operations, including user account management and data backups.
• Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or potential issues.

3. Software Management

• Help install, update, and troubleshoot business software and operating systems.
• Ensure proper software licensing and compliance under supervision.
• Support implementation of IT projects and software rollouts.

4. IT Security & Compliance

• Follow company IT security policies and assist in maintaining data protection measures.
• Help in antivirus updates, patch management, and user access control.
• Report any suspicious activity or security incidents promptly.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and support requests.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
• Prepare basic reports on system usage, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Intermediate & ITI & Diplom

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience
