How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
MarqVision is looking for a seasoned, experienced sales executive to join our leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, monitoring and reporting on sales goals, and adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.
The Global Head of Sales will also work in close collaboration with the founding team and other executive leaders in Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the Company. We are one of the fastest-growing SaaS startups in the US. What you’ll Achieve
- Build and lead a global team of over 30 comprised of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers to hit the Company’s revenue targets consistently and predictably
- Coach and advise reps on their current deals to ensure they hit their individual quotas, providing hands-on mentorship and training at all stages of their pipelines
- Optimize sales tactics by continuously reviewing and improving sales scripts, email templates, and demo agendas, etc., thereby perfecting every stage of the sales process
- Design and execute high-level sales strategies, including upsell and cross-sell strategies and go-to-market strategies when expanding to new verticals or industries
Skills You Bring
- 7+ years in a sales leadership position (preferably at a SaaS company) with consistent >100% team quota attainment
- 5+ years experience working in a selling role (preferably in SaaS) with consistent >100% individual quota attainment
- Experience building a sales team from the ground up
- Adept in Value Selling principles
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, including sales rep motivation techniques
- Strong analytical skills, equipped with mastery over multiple CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Naturally self-directed, comfortable operating at a high cadence, and enthusiastic about building and managing a team in a highly performance-driven manner

MarqVision provides a competitive benefits package, including equity opportunities, health benefits including 401(K), and other perks designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. For roles based in United States, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $500,000 - $600,000.
