Job Title: Resort Manager (On-Site)
Location: Kumbalangi
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Benefits: Free food & accommodation provided
Weekly Off: 2 leaves per month
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and result-oriented Resort Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and growth of our property. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, budget management experience, and a passion for hospitality, marketing, and brand development.
This is a hands-on role with full accountability, suitable for someone who can independently manage operations and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Property Management
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, service staff, and maintenance teams
- Ensure property upkeep, safety standards, and overall ambience
Budgeting & Financial Control
- Plan and manage operational budgets efficiently
- Control expenses and reduce wastage without compromising quality
- Monitor daily revenue, costs, and basic financial reporting
- Implement risk-mitigation strategies to prevent losses
Marketing, Sales & Branding
- Actively encourage and execute marketing and sales initiatives
- Work on local promotions, tie-ups, online listings, and branding strategies
- Increase occupancy, event bookings, and walk-in customers
- Support digital marketing activities (Google listings, social media coordination)
Guest Experience & Revenue Growth
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Improve service standards to increase repeat customers
- Introduce ideas to increase revenue (events, packages, experiences)
- The Manager must take full ownership of monthly revenue tracking and ensure that all revenue targets set by management are met.
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead by example and ensure staff discipline and productivity
- Take full accountability for resort performance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines
Accommodation & Stay Requirement
- Mandatory to stay on the premises if performance and reliability are proven
Performance & Growth
- Salary increment will be considered after a review of performance, revenue growth, and operational improvements

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and sales growth
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
