The Role

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who lives and breathes After Effects — someone who can take a rough brief and turn it into something that actually makes people stop scrolling. You‘ll work closely with our creative and marketing crew to craft videos that look sharp, feel on-brand, and drive real results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and animate videos in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Build motion graphics, kinetic text, and slick transitions
• Layer in music, voiceovers, and sound design that feel right
• Use AI-assisted tools to move faster and push creative further
• Keep everything on-brand and on-strategy
• Bring your own ideas to the table — not just execute briefs
• Stay plugged into what‘s trending across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing / motion graphics
• Solid concept-building chops — you can take an idea and run with it
• Good feel for the IT / software / tech space (you get the tone, the audience, the visual language)
• Fluency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Comfort with AI video tools (Runway, Descript, Firefly, ElevenLabs — any of these, or a willingness to dive in)
• A production-first mindset: We don‘t do endless ‘In Progress ‘ loops. We value shipping quality work on a tight, predictable cadence.
• A strong portfolio: We want to see B2B tech content, explainer videos, or performance ads with kinetic typography. (Please, no wedding videos or generic vlogs.)
• The soft stuff: collaborative, open to feedback, disciplined with deadlines, and excited to keep learning

• BYOD — you bring a machine that can handle AE and Premiere (32GB+ RAM (64GB preferred), dedicated GPU with min 8GB VRAM, SSD, solid internet)
