Job Description
Marketing Moves is hiring a motivated and organized Content, Operations & Sales Assistant to work directly with the founder of a growing social media marketing agency based in Surrey/Vancouver.
This is a fast-paced and flexible role where every day is different. We work with real estate brands, restaurants, immigration companies, and local businesses across BC helping them grow through social media content and marketing.
Responsibilities
- coordinating with video editors and content team
- organizing Google Drive files and project workflows
- uploading and scheduling social media posts
- basic Canva/social media design tasks
- influencer outreach and follow-ups
- researching businesses and potential leads
- helping manage CRM and sales pipeline
- assisting with client communication and follow-ups
- helping during content shoots when needed
- handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- strong communication and organizational skills
- comfortable with social media platforms
- basic knowledge of Canva, Google Drive, and Instagram/TikTok
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- comfortable talking to people and handling different tasks daily
Bonus if you have:
- content creation or marketing experience
- sales or outreach experience
- experience with Meta platforms or social media management
- interest in entrepreneurship, media, or marketing
This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience inside a growing marketing agency.
