Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a hybrid Senior Data Analyst/Modeller for our client.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler with 8+ years of experience supporting the delivery of client data products for our client. The role focuses on capturing business requirements, translating them into logical and physical data models, and partnering closely with data engineers to enable scalable client centric data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, analytical, and data requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into well-structured conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Design and maintain client-centric data models (Customer, Household, Account, Interaction, Relationship hierarchies).
• Develop and enhance data structures supporting a 360° client view.
• Partner closely with data engineers to ensure scalable, performant implementation of data models.
• Contribute to enterprise data foundations, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalability.
• Apply best practices in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, naming conventions, and metadata management practices.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and customer data harmonization efforts.
• Provide subject matter expertise in client data domains across platforms and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and principles.
• Strong Salesforce experience
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling within enterprise or client-facing data environments.
• Proven experience designing Customer 360° / Client 360° data models.
• Strong hands-on experience building:
• Conceptual data models
• Logical data models
• Physical data models
• Strong working experience with Salesforce data structures and integrations.
• Deep understanding of:
• Data modeling methodologies (3NF, dimensional modeling, canonical modeling)
• Data quality frameworks
• Data governance and stewardship concepts
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale customer data transformations.
• Experience with Databricks and Pyspark
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with data catalog and metadata tools.
• Financial services, retail, or customer-centric industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65.00 – $90.00 per hour
