Manzil – Data Analyst Role About Manzil Manzil is a real estate private equity platform focused on control-led investments across commercial land banking and Grade A office development (Dubai), structured/special situation investments, and India-focused heritage restoration and adaptive reuse. We operate with a disciplined, institutional approach to capital allocation, underwriting, and execution.

About the Role We are hiring an Investment Analyst to work directly with the Founder on evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate investments. This is a high-responsibility, front-line investing role with direct exposure to live transactions and decision-making. We are specifically looking for candidates with real estate experience, exposure to high-value transactions, and strong valuation capability.

Key Responsibilities- -Deal Evaluation & Underwriting: Financial modeling, feasibility, downside analysis, valuation. -Investment Memos: IC memos, investment thesis, risk analysis - Transaction Structuring: Capital stack, waterfalls, deal structuring- Market Research: Micro-market analysis, comps, trends -Portfolio Monitoring: Track execution, identify risks, reporting Qualifications 1–3 years in Investment Banking, Big 4 (TAS/Valuations), Real Estate PE, or similar roles.

Mandatory: Real estate exposure, high-value transactions, strong valuation skills.

Skills Strong financial modeling, real estate underwriting, analytical thinking, communication.
