Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP APM components including compensation rules
- Support calculation cycles, simulations, and payout validations
- Build automated extracts and secure data feeds
- Develop operational reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3–7 years experience with SAP APM or similar platforms
- Strong SQL skills and data warehousing experience
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
