Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Book Keeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills are key. Must have minimum 5-6 years experience in Quick Books.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations using accounting software QuickBooks
  • Assist with budgeting and account analysis and monthly financial statements
  • Handle account reconciliation tasks efficiently
  • Manage accounts payable and support payroll functions
  • Provide general clerical support to the team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Prior experience in bank reconciliation and account analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
