Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Book Keeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills are key. Must have minimum 5-6 years experience in Quick Books.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations using accounting software QuickBooks
- Assist with budgeting and account analysis and monthly financial statements
- Handle account reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Manage accounts payable and support payroll functions
- Provide general clerical support to the team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Prior experience in bank reconciliation and account analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
